When you use a payment or bank-linking service, the payment and bank-connectivity providers may collect account, identity, device, and transaction information directly under their own privacy notices.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, process and reconcile payments, prevent fraud, protect our systems, meet legal obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
Consent and bank linking
Before a message can be sent through our contact form, you must agree to the use of the information for that inquiry. If you choose to link a financial account, the hosted bank-linking and payment experience shows what information is requested and asks for your authorization before access is granted. You may cancel instead.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, email, payments, and bank connectivity. They may process information only for the services they provide and are subject to contractual and legal obligations. We review access and use the least amount of information necessary.
Security
We use encrypted connections, limited access, multi-factor authentication where available, security monitoring, and documented response practices. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Retention and deletion
Contact inquiries are kept for up to 12 months after they are resolved. Security records are generally kept from 90 days to one year. Transaction and tax records may be kept for up to seven years when required. When a retention period ends, information is securely deleted or de-identified unless a legal hold applies.
Our public website does not intentionally store bank-login credentials, full bank-account numbers, or bank-linking access credentials.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for future use. Open the contact form and choose “Privacy request” in your message. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year and when our services or legal obligations materially change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.
